Let us say there is a housing area already filled with residence.
Let us say that this housing area is upper level executive elite housing area.
Let us say that this area has a security boundary such as fences , walls and etc.
Let us say entrance to this housing area is via only one entrance at the main guard house.
Let us say that there are ample security personnel that patrols the internal housing area.
Let us say the head of security is local but many of its staff is Nepal or foreigners.
The scene :
Let us say that some houses in the area are empty .
Let us say that these houses the owner wishes renovation to be done prior him staying in the house.
Let us say that the are a few houses being renovated within this housing area.
The people involved:
The renovation of houses will mean building materials coming in/out.
It will mean workers of various social, ethnic and different races coming in/out .
Theses workers will be local and foreign. (some legal/some illegal)
The security.
All company’s appointed entering the designated housing area should present:
The home they are renovating, owners detail.
Their list of workers, which are allowed to enter the premise. (IC,PASSPORT,ETC)
Their forecast time frame of completion.
TIME OF AWARENESS FOR SECURITY PERSONALS.(HIGH END RESIDENCIAL AREAS)
Be aware when renovation is almost complete.
Be aware of were these workers have been roaming during their period of work.
Be aware of late night or evening when large vehicles enter and leave.
Be aware of slight changes of schedules of delay or of quick completion.
Be aware of house numbers of residence of high wealth.
Be aware of the proximity of renovated homes to that of wealthy homes.
Upon completion of renovation of any home within the residential area , have some form of cross check of workers leaving / entering or changes.
Take photos of workers doing work at that particular home , cross reference their particulars with the one’s submitted. Verify!
